Suggested Use

Apply a few drops onto the area you feel clogged and gently massage it into the skin. You can apply a hot water bottle with a towel on the area if you wish (after you have massaged the oil in to allow for better penetration).

NOTE: If you are breastfeeding, make sure that you carefully wipe off any excess that might be around your nipple area before your baby’s next feeding session.
