Suggested Use

For Teeth and Gums

Take 5-7 cloves and chew them gently to stimulate saliva production.

Swish the cloves and saliva in your mouth for 10-15 minutes, during which you may feel a tingling or numbing sensation. Spit out the cloves into the garbage once you're done. Alternatively, you can chew the cloves with half a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil for 10-15 minutes before spitting it out.

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
